My Offerings

Crisis and life counseling

Smaller and bigger crises in life and life’s meaning – or simply difficult situations – keep coming back in life and there can be different triggers. There can be obvious things (serious illness, loss, grief, separation), but also less dramatic ones. The desire to change something often manifests itself in thoughts like “I want to change something”, “It can’t go on like this”, “I want to feel better again”, “I want to have more energy”. Let’s sort things out together and develop step-by-step solutions.

It is about finding different courses of action for yourself, becoming aware of your resources and abilities as well as your needs. It is about resolving dilemmas and tough situations, letting go of the difficult and strengthening the joy of life.

Do you find it difficult to talk about your situation? Consider choosing the option of a phone call as it can be easier to talk on the phone.

Preventing burnout

or “How do I regain my life balance”?

Anyone can burn out. Burnout is a stress disorder, a state of severe emotional exhaustion with reduced performance. Burnout can manifest itself, for example, through depressive or aggressive feelings, despair or psychosomatic illnesses. It is a state of feeling that is accompanied by a drop in energy due to excessive demands from within and / or from outside, by family, work, friends, value systems or society. But when does one admit to oneself that the limit of resilience has been exceeded? Is it possible to react to early warning signs?

Counseling is about analyzing the factors perceived as causing stress and finding possible solutions. It is about moving towards more “balance” by regaining joy of life and energy.

Business Coaching

Your personal and professional development in your working world is the goal and subject of our discussions, again drawing on your full potential and all your resources. Coaching is suitable for everyone: career starters, employees and freelancers as well as for entrepreneurs and managers in leadership roles.

I would like to support you in recognizing and using your strengths and abilities in order to be successful in the long term and to experience your professional activity as fulfilling. This can include working on career planning, but also dealing with problems with colleagues, managers, employees, as well as with one’s own professional role and with the corporate culture or organization. Maybe it’s also about developing an understanding of leadership or a suitable work-life balance for yourself.

My experience as a human resources manager and consultant to executives flows into it.

*Coming soon*: Coachingpackages

From the end of 2024, you will find selected topics here that I will offer in coaching packages. Coaching package means that there is a fixed number of coaching sessions (approx. 3-6), which follow a thematic structure, but are of course tailored to your individual situation. I will introduce you to the individual stations per topic area here.

Coaching and counseling are not therapy. But what’s the difference?

In contrast to psychotherapy, counseling and coaching do not treat psychological disorders, for example clinical depression or other diagnosed illnesses. Therefore, the costs are not covered by government or private health insurance. The time frame is also different: while there are at least weekly sessions over several months or years in a therapy, we assume fewer sessions in systemic counseling, often with longer intervals between the sessions. Ultimately, we aim for as few sessions as possible to achieve your goal. Counseling is also helpful in bridging the time until therapy begins.

Confidentiality and privacy

Of course, your data and all other information will be processed discreetly, strictly confidentially and only within the framework of and in compliance with the legal regulations on data protection. Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 13 GDPR.
