My Journey

After my school and university education and several years of work in human resources, from 2008 on, I felt my already substantial interest in philosophy and psychology growing. I decided to further my education in the area of coaching. At that time, I heard about the fascinating topic of “self-management” during a seminar for managers. It was also the year that I came into contact with yoga for the first time. As I wanted to help people not only professionally but also in their private lives, I trained as a consultant and therapist and then embarked on yoga teacher training in 2013. This was the perfect enrichment for me and paved my path to a meaningful personal philosophy of life.

With my knowledge, I would like to help people shape their own lives holistically, to make life more fulfilling, more satisfying and happier.

With my work in HR for a company, as a consultant and as a yoga teacher, I can fall back on knowledge and experience from three seemingly diverse areas that in fact beautifully complement and stimulate each other.

Most people go through phases of change and searching in life – me too. But now I can enjoy these phases more than I used to a few years ago. I would like to make this experience possible for you, too.
